Technology Requirement

IAN Network and the Fund have the following broad criteria:
1. IAN is sector agnostic; however, IAN prefers tech enabled business models which are easier to scale.
2. Large addressable market.
3. Unique moat / differentiation.
4. Strong founders / team.
5. Scalable and capital efficient business model

The IAN Network (can invest in EU and Indian start-ups) typically invests in the
● Seed / Angel stage
● Ticket size of USD 33000-USD 0.8 Million, sweet spot is around USD 0.4 Million.

IAN Fund (only can invest into companies which have some India connection (incorporated / subsidiary / business)
● Invests typically into series A stage.
● Invests into more mature companies.
● Ticket size between USD 0.9 Million-2.7 Million, however, the sweet spot is around INR 12 Cr.

Opportunity Description

IAN has now launched a uniquely differentiated VC Fund of 50 Million USD (approx.) that bring several successful entrepreneurs, industry leads and investors together. The Fund brings in the next round of investment post the angel round which ensures companies are able to raise funds quickly and continue to grow the company quickly.
